How I work

Change happens when people talk. The act of encountering another person and engaging with their point of view, their way of doing things, their ideas, beliefs and experience changes them and the relationships they have.

I use a variety of structured and creative methods to enable creative, change-making conversations to occur, changing people, their relationships and their organisations.

Some of my work is done in the structured environment of a consulting room. Much of it happens in meeting rooms with groups of executives. I take work teams into the countryside. I run exercises and games with people looking for new ways of thinking. I lead groups hill walking and talking to fill their lungs, stretch their legs and broaden their thinking. I fill cafés with people wanting to talk about life from a psychological point of view.

Change happens through those conversations and the relationships they create.

I can work with you if you need a:

  • Psychotherapist
  • Counsellor
  • Supervisor
  • Life coach
  • Management coach
  • Organisational Consultant
  • Trainer
  • Facilitator

All of these are ways of working with people to enable them to have experiences and conversations that will stimulate change.
