About us

Spark was set up in 1985 by Chris Powell and Pete Richardson as a flexible partnership to provide support to individuals and organisations. Spark has continued to evolve as Chris and Pete’s range of interests and expertise has developed. Currently Pete is focussing on work in charity and voluntary sector management. Chris is now developing Spark as a vehicle for independent work in Leeds, Yorkshire and nationally.
